The total delivery time for your order is calculated as follows:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Phases

  • Processing Time: During this phase, we verify your order, assemble the products, and prepare the items for shipping. The processing time can vary depending on your location and the efficiency of our process.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping begins once the processing is complete. The duration depends on the shipping method you selected and your location. Please note that our cutoff time for orders is based on Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00).

Please be aware that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons and promotional periods.

We ship using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping periods.
