Please be sure to carefully review all order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. Since we process orders quickly, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections, such as item type, size, design, or address.
However, if you identify an error within 6 hours of placing your order, you can cancel and reorder correctly. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that time, your order might already be in processing or shipping stages.
Please note that a 10% cancellation fee applies. To proceed with canceling your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, all orders are considered final, and refunds cannot be issued.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The design received is incorrect
- The size or material is not what you ordered
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product does not match its description
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Defects must be due to our mistake
- Original tags must be attached
- Minor imperfections like loose threads are not eligible for returns

Return and Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These are not deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed. Upon receiving your package, you will be notified via email, and we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After this time, orders are considered accepted, and refunds will no longer be available.
- Items are eligible for return/exchange only within the 30-day window. Returns are free of additional charges, except for return shipping costs paid by the customer.
- We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit or those made without proper communication.
